Best Stick Vacuum Cleaners In The Industry
Are you looking for a new stick vacuum? Here is my personal list of the best stick vacuum cleaners. If you didn’t read my main post yet, be sure do this first!
The Stick vacuums are slightly cheaper than the most Upright vacuums. This is because they have half the amount of suction power as that of an upright. This isn’t sincerely a bad thing. Maybe for you it could be the best option. If you don’t have thick carpets, you don’t have pets (pets that shed a lot) and you have a relatively small house. Then the Stick may be the perfect machine for you. Let’s take a look at my top 5 stick vacuums!
Number 1 – Dyson V6 Motor Head Cord-free Vacuum
Let’s start with the Dyson V6. This is a beautiful designed vacuum which excells in all of the things of what stick vacuums can do and more. It is super easy to clean. The suction power is amazing, even beyond my expectations. It works geat on hard floors and on carpets. The best feature of this machine, it’s cord-free! That’s right, no more long power cords behind your ass. What about the price? Unfortunately this stick vacuum is really expensive. However, it is perfect for people who live in a small house or apartment. I think Dyson did a splendid job on this one. Highly recommended!
Number 2 – BISSELL PowerEdge Pet Hard Floor Corded Vacuum, 81L2A
Perfect for people with a small house/apartment with only hard floors. Works great to pick up the dust and hair from pets that shed a lot. This machine has plenty amount of suction and is super easy to clean. It is lightweight and easy to carry from room to room. This exceeded my expectations for such a cheap vacuum… The power cord is a little short and It might get a bit noisy sometimes. If you can live with that, than this shouldn’t be a problem. This is a small quality vacuum which is well-worth the price tag.
Number 3 – Dirt Devil SD20000RED Simpli-Stik Lightweight Bagless Corded
This is the Simpli-Stik by Dirt Devil. I don’t think there is any stick vacuum I tried before that is so cheap which does a pretty good job. I mean look at the price tag… That’s amazing. It has great power for being so inexpensive. It is very lightweight and works great on tiles/wood. The only flaws it has, is the short power cord and the power button which is located on an awkward location. Prepare to bend down a lot to turn it off or on again. It is great for people who live in a flat or studio. Overall a good cheap vacuum.
Number 4 – Shark Rocket Vacuum (HV301)
I love Sharks, and this is one of them. This one has great maneuverability and is very varsitile. It can get easily around corners and furniture. The power cord has a medium-size length which is good for not too small and not too big areas. It is extremely lightweight, one of the lightest sharks I know of. I love the attachments you get with it (great wand). The micro-attachments are actually useful. Suction power is amazing. I don’t have any complaints about this Shark really. It is a no-brainer if you are looking for something that is extremely versatile. Good job SharkNinja!
Number 5 – VonHaus 600W 2-in-1 Corded & Handheld Vacuum HEPA Filtration
My last and final stick vacuum I want to show you is one from VonHaus. You might not heard about them but they make some really good machines. This vacuum is not to bad for its size and price. It has great suction power. I would suggest not to use it for ground in dirt or pet hair. It works less good on carpets but it meets the standards. On bare floors it works geat. The power cord is long enough. The design is nice and easy to handle. Overall a high quality stick vacuum that should be used in flats or small areas.
Conclusion & Final Recommendations
The Dyson V6 is amazing. I love the fact that it’s cord-free (not all cord-free vacuums are this great), it makes life a lot easier. Trust me, without a power cord vacuuming goes a lot faster. You will be finished cleaning your house/flat in no time. You can buy it with great discounts
The BISSEL PowerEdge is great for people who have pets. It has a good amount of suction power and does the job on hard floors. Might be a little loud but I think you can’t miss with this one for its cheap price.
The Simpli-Stik is too cheap for what it can do. If it stops working after 1 year, just buy another. I know other stick vacuums that are 5x the price and they do less good. Remember you should only consider buying this if you have a small flat/house. Otherwise you should go with a more expensive one.
The Shark Rocket is for people who love maneuverbility. You have really everything you need with this one, the attachments it has are awesome. This is a vacuum that’s useful in all areas, big or small. If you are not sure what to buy, this is a vacuum for you.
The VonHaus stick is not so known in the industry but I want to give them a thumbs up. They should not do under than any other big brands out there like Dyson, Miele, … This is a great vacuum and in my opinion it looks beautiful.
So here we are at the end of my Top 5 Stick Vacuums. There are definitely more stick vacuums out there that do the job, but these are my favourite and deserve my time.
